We are instrumental for raising the ACE Forklift population from meager 50 nos to 200 nos till date. We have brought many high profile customers, who were competitor’s customers earlier viz HNGI, Himadri Chemicals, Electrosteel, Speedways, Metal& Steel, CLW, Lafarge, Titagarh Wagon, ISCKON etc. With our excellent After sales support, These customers have returned with Repeat Orders.
In terms of Spare parts sale, we are one of the top three Dealers on All India basis. At any point of time we are stocking spares of value Rs 30.0 lakhs. Our annual sale of spares, this year , for Forklift shall exceed Rs 70.0 lakhs.
We also have been Approved to Operate as Authorized Dealers for Sale & Service of ACE make Tyre mounted Mobile Cranes ( Hydra) for North Bengal, based at Siliguri to cover all distts of North Bengal upto Coochbehar to Malda and Sikkim and Bhutan. Our New office is fully operational from 01-04-13 with Service / Sales Persons, Spares Stock at Siliguri .
In addition , we were the sole service provider of VOLTAS Forklift in West Bengal from 2006 to 2009 for the complete range of Voltas MH Products. Presently we undertake annual maintenance contracts, paid job service, complete overhauls/ refurbishing and spares supply for all types of forklift. Population of Voltas/ Godrej make forklifts under our regular clientele/ AMC is more than 350 nos and 120 customers.
